You can request an exchange or return of a product within 7 calendar days after receiving it. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  • The product must be returned without signs of use or consumption, that is, in the same condition as it was received;
  • The product must be returned with tags (or protectors) attached, manuals, and all accessories that came with it.

We do not accept exchanges for products with an inappropriate size for the customer: We provide the measurements in centimeters for our products to avoid any errors in size selection. As stated in the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to accept exchanges for reasons of buyer's remorse regarding color, size, model, or any other reason.

IMPORTANT: We will not accept returns if the conditions above are not respected.

 

WHAT TO DO TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE OR RETURN

  • Product name;
  • Order number;
  • Email used for the purchase;
  • Reason for the exchange or return;
  • VIDEO PROVING THE DEFECT

Once all the details regarding the return have been confirmed, we will provide you with the return address and refund the amount paid for the product and shipping.

 

REFUND METHODS

  • Credit card chargeback: This chargeback may appear on your statement up to two billing cycles after the return is processed by the payment gateway.
