FREE SHIPPING across the United States! This means we deliver to all addresses in the United States for free to our customers!

The products available in our store are shipped directly from our distribution centers to the address provided at the time of completing the order. Shipping may come from a distribution center in the United States or even from abroad (USA, Europe, China).

The delivery time is from 5 to 12 business days after the order is dispatched via the shipping service, in accordance with the delivery rules of the postal system.

Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is confirmed and after the logistical processing of the order is completed.

Haven Home guarantees that the products will be shipped to the address chosen by the customer at the time of purchase. Therefore, we ask that you carefully fill in the delivery address to avoid any issues with the delivery process. The information provided during registration is the full responsibility of the customer. Haven Home will not be liable for any charges resulting from incorrect address details. If the product is not delivered due to an error in the address provided by the customer, a new order will need to be placed in order for a replacement product to be sent.
